Waiting...

This male Northern Cardinal seemed to be waiting for something...or was it someone?  Perhaps he had a date?  You can't tell from the photo, but there was some snow softly falling....teeny tiny snow.

Tomorrow my daughter is having surgery and the hospital failed to call to tell her the time.  How does that happen exactly????  She called repetitively and was assured that they would call her when they knew the schedule.  Grrrrrr. I finally  had to call the dr who is performing the op as I figured that he would know at least....and he did. Oi...
