Help...

... there is no signal at all... :o
We changed the company that provides the internet/landline so today I woke up without internet and landline (but with snow instead) and had to wait for my husband to be home from work ... he told me via FaceTime that to press, to click and to write and 20 min later everything was back to normal :)
