Looks like the shepherds had sussed it first thing this morning ... on lots of counts.

And, as we live out our local version of national events, a message from our chief exec seems to be confirming our north/south split. I just wish they wouldn’t pretend that they cared about what we thought when the decision had already clearly been made. The pretence of consultation just makes us look like idiots and yet if we didn’t participate we would appear uninterested. Damned either way. Meanwhile we work on in a constant sea of uncertainty, much like the bigger ocean we we are floating in. Ho hum, said Pooh.
