Lily Pond

It was only when I saw the MonoMonday theme that I thought I could post this.
There's a stunning lily pond adjacent to the highway, I think, after Faulconbridge.
In order to find a vantage point to photograph it, it's necessary to pull off the highway, disrupting the fast flowing traffic and taking your life in your hands.
That might be an exaggeration, but not a great one.
Since I was returning to Blackheath, I thought I'd risk it.

This hasn't done it justice, but hey, it's a blip.
