Thumbs Up.

The early reviews for Grants school Christmas pageant are thumbs up.

When I was his age I had a bit part in a school play.  On cue, my role was to walk to my taped-mark in the center of the stage and say, "Hark I hear the roar of the cannon!"  We rehearsed everyday for a month without sound effects or props.  The night of the play, my brother and I were watching TV and he said to me, "Isn't your play tonight?"  We raced over to the auditorium where it was in progress.  My teacher threw my costume over my shoulders, clipped a microphone on my collar and shoved me out on to the stage.  I walked to my mark, pivoted towards the audience, and just then  heard the loudest "BOOM!!!" from right behind me.  I said, "Jesus Christ!  What the hell was that?"
