Pedestrian area?

So many reasons not to shop in the High Street. One of my pet gripes is vehicles parking on pavements so other vehicles can pass. Mothers with buggies simply can’t get through this scenario where all 3 vehicles are parked... in fact with the 3 of them there nothing can get past. But amazon remains fully accessible!!!
