Overby on da Shore

A cold day, and wintery showers.  There was a glimpse of sunshine in the afternoon.  Freezing temperatures tonight.

Up early, and headed north to catch the Yell ferry.  Spend the day in Yell, first stop was along Vaila and Roger for a cuppa and a yarn.  Most shops don't open til 2pm, but thankfully LJ's diner was open for lunch.  A good look around Mary's shop at Aywick, before catching the ferry home.  Unloaded the car and roast lamb for tea.  It's been a lazy evening  by the fire,  it will head out with Sammy before bed.  

The mission to Yell was to buy new roofs tiles from Vaila, 570 in total, and that's a job for next year!  But a fine run around the isle too.  As we headed to Vaila's, we stopped off for a breather.  Looking over the Burravoe shoreline and towards Overby house.
