Minutes later they were fankled.

In January 2018 I wound up our outside Christmas lights in a nice and neat manner. And put them away. And today I took them out, tested them, unwound them and put them up. So far, so good.
The task went downhill when I opened up some new Christmas lights for outside. Out of the package .... they’d a mind of their own. Boy, were they intertwined. What a fankle. It took ages to unravel them.
Worth it in the end though. Nice outcome.
