Two

I had the privilege of leading worship at Cumbernauld United Reformed Church this morning, the Second Sunday of Advent.
After the service I took a few photos of their knitted nativity set, Advent candles (two of which were lit this morning) and Christmas Tree.

In the evening I enjoyed the annual ecumenical Festival of Light carol service at Sacred Heart Parish Church. Part of the service is by candle-light (see extra). The music was led by the excellent Croy Silver Band and there was participation by a choir from one of the local primary schools, a male voice choir, readers from local high schools and some of the local clergy. It's always a highlight of every Christmas.
