That wall again

Very many jobs planned for the day. One of the early ones was Daisy taking me for a drive. It wasn’t until we got to the end of the road when I realised the sheer responsibility of being driven round by someone with 10 hours of driving under her belt driving for the first time in a different car with a different person. We quickly established I needed her to commentate on her driving to stop me shouting at her as we approached a roundabout so I could be reassured she was actually planning to stop. She was actually very good, just the early complexity of indicating, changing gear, looking and dealing with a squealing mother all at once made it more complex than she was used to. We fitted in a wander round Asda in our outing which cost me more than I had planned for treat snacks to get her to drive us home.

All remaining jobs for the day were then cancelled. We have caught up on a variety of crappy tv programmes and I drank some wine. Feels like a bit of a milestone day ( the driving not the wine and telly).
