Mock Exam
Early gym, then more present wrapping.
At noon we picked up Ruby to go to Skipton for her mock ballet exam, which she will be taking for real next Sunday, at Intermediate Foundation level.
So we knew we had nearly three hours before we picked her up again ( her mum was working and her dad was picking up Verity in Leeds after her ballet class at Northern).
So we decided to visit the Christmas Market which closed the high street to traffic for the day.
It was jam packed but we found a lovely little independent cafe and found a table for three as we also had Kitty with us.
Very good home baking, excellent cheese scones which came with chunks of cheddar and chutney.
Kitty had pancakes and hot chocolate, so good to be a granny and provide treats :-)
We walked away from the hustle and bustle and headed for the canal where we found a craft market .
Finally picked up Ruby who felt it had gone really well and we dropped the girls off at their house.
Their tree is already up and as you can imagine has lots of ballerinas on it among the baubles and fairy lights.
