2018 Santa Run, Glasgow

There aren't too many Sundays when I feel that I need to leave my car someway from the centre of town and then walk into church .... today was one of those Sundays. Many of the city centre roads were closed for the Santa Run and as the weather was fine I thought the walk would do me good.

I really wanted to photograph as many dogs as possible but most were just so excited and although the owners tried to help today was just not the day for pooch photos.

Walking back to my car after church I noticed that nearly all the bins were full of discarded Santa suits .... seems that no one wanted a souvenir!
