Windmill Blight

Just like busses these monstrosities - High pressure, minus two and no wind - so they don't work. But on a windy summer day when we don't need them they spin like blazes.
They say they do not spoil the scenery either - but I'll believe that when they erect some round Arthurs Seat, or better still, the House of Commons. There's certainly enough hot air comes out of there.
