Chocks Away!

Last night one of the guests asked if I could help him out getting his holiday photos sorted so he could display them on his TV so I headed down there this afternoon. I decided iCloud was his best option and link his phone to the TV with a cable. He already had iCloud on his phone which was almost full, so I've been uploading his photos from his sdcard to iCloud. Och, why am I blethering about this...

Oh aye... so I don't have an iPhone, nor do I take photos with my iPad, but his phone/iCloud was full of photos very similar to each other, like it was on burst shoot so there were 10s of the same similar photo, but I came to one which had 70 different versions on it. 70... each taken a few milliseconds after each other! What is going on... was it on the wrong setting or is he holding down the button... I don't know... although I think he has stopped doing it now. So far I've deleted 600 of his 1600 photos and more to go.

On the other hand, I've been desperate to blip his propeller as he is an aviation enthusiast and he was happy for me to do that. I forget the details of where it came from but when we first moved here I remember watching him from up on our hill fly his bi-plane over to a neighbour, probably just for tea and scones, then back again. It was quite a sight flying over and around us...
