The 'Lock' to Bristol's Industrial History

The Netham Lock on the Canal was built in 1805/6 to give Bristol a non tidal access from the River Avons East approach. The Canal extends from the lock, right through to the Old Floating Harbour and Docks.
Used only for the Leasure Craft,it is still in full working order.

Nikon D3 +Sigma 12-24 lens which is an amazing piece of kit!
