Cases up, decs down

into and out of the loft that is!

Slept pretty well.....already decided that we we walk into town earlyish as the forecast from midday onwards was rain rain and more rain.

We posted some christmas cards en route, called into the post office, then into the cafe for an early brunch. Walked home in the pouring rain, soaked by the time we got back.

The rest of the day has been taken up with assembling and decorating the tree, as you see here and various other bits and pieces dotted around as you do! Outside lights etc. tomorrow, weather permitting!

We had the already orepared cottage pie for dinner this evening, I had asparagus with mine too!

Really enjoyed Strictly tonight, followed by Michael McIntyre, Casualty and we watched the fi al epeisode of Little Drummer Girl, that we had recorded whilst on hols, enjoyed that too!
