Gloomy gas works back blip

I took this with my phone on the way back from an early morning visit to A&E. Pete had to whip me to the hospital in the early hours as I was crippled with pain and could barely move.

It seems I have badly strained the muscles round my abdomen. It is one of my weak spots due to having had major surgery in that area twice in recent years. I have wagon loads of painkillers so will be off with the fairies for a few days.

I feel pretty down about it all. It has messed up our week off, big time and I feel I am letting everyone down.
