Materialism or mastery of our faith?

Each Christmas, the story remains centred on the celebration of the birth of Christ Jesus the Son of God.
This is GOOD News.
Sparkling tinsel can be seen as a symbol of celebration, an outward sign of joy.
The main thing to keep enjoying in my humble view, is the reason Jesus was born, to make sure we can be saved from all the sins that offend His Heavenly Father, and by perseverance, inner peace and prayer, all of us are able to make the inner faith journey from the hell path to the heavenly path.
Going to church is not everyone's journey. How sadly heartbreaking, yet, God, who is All Knowing and understanding, sees the inner state of our individual heart connection with God and each other.
Fear not the darkness, shine your love and light to lift up the planetary Light.
