A Gala Event...

What a great evening it was.... bit of a grueling day but also lots of fun!

This fundraiser is a neat event.......the folks that buy a ticket for this evenings opening get treated very well! a free martini (mind you the ticket cost $40!!!), the privilege of being the first to see the show, and wonderful food! A local company had a chef cooking amazing treats, and lovely volunteers walked about with trays of deliciously tempting food! Live music filled the air! Sales were awesome.......and everyone is in such a cheerful mood...helped along by the wine and martinis of course.....i know they gave me a well needed bolster of energy !
