"Now Dasher! Now Dancer! Now Prancer and Vixen!"

In a warm-up before the December 24th sleigh ride, Santa brought two of his reindeer to our small parade tonight in Linden, Michigan. The deer didn't pose for pictures, but they did let the kids feed them and pet them.

Our church did an elf hunt...where we planted elves in 17 different businesses. The kids had to find all of Santa's helpers...write down their names...and return the names for a bag filled with candy.

It was bitter cold (25F, and windy), but we were fortunate enough to set up our tables inside of the fire station...where it was just a skosh...a smidgen...warmer. The reindeer were in front of us, and a photo booth was set up next to us.

Glad to be home with a blanket, and in my fleece PJ's.
