Brunch

My English friend came for brunch this morning. I was looking forward to being able to create something delicious and un-Austrian. Brunch was always a big thing with my friends in Australia and i miss it. I settled on spinach and feta pancakes with smoked salmon and sour cream and chives. I topped it with an avocado salsa and truffle oil. It was delicious but a a bit too big. Next time I will make the pancakes smaller. A glass of Prosecco went perfectly, although the least said about the carrot, orange and ginger smoothie the better. I should have juiced it instead.
