The cup that refereshes

Well, I've existed on boiled water only for 48 hours now, so I've just allowed myself a mug of tea and a small piece of toast.  I'm now (in the words of my late father-in-law) waiting to see what transpires ...

As you can tell from the shot, I've had a brief burst of energy from the toast :-). I am so hoping that things will be back on the road to normality tomorrow.
