Christmas prep

I popped into town early to collect my contact lenses, get more presents and most importantly see if the nice chap at Wilkinsons could tell me how much my camera was going to cost to get the flash firing. £160! I thought that would be about right and decided I'd just have to take non flash phots until I can afford a new camera. (I thought £160 would go some way to a new one especially as I am considering going up from entry level).

When I got home my little investment in a second hand speedlite had arrived (thanks for the suggestion Photoist . All it needed was 2 AAA batteries and hay presto, I now have a working flash!
