ABSTRACT
My entry for the Abstract Thursday Challenge. It is a detail from a bookcover, a cover made of a colourful fabric, and one of my collection
of strangely and still beautifully covered books.
The title of this book (there is hardly a chance that I will ever read it) is: La tragique histoire de l'Instititeur Lesnier (1847-1855), written by Pierre Bouchardon, it is a volume of the series: Drames judiciaires d'autrefois.
Ed. in Paris in 1925.
Huge thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this astonishing challenge.
An awful grey day, but that did not bother us, because at 12 am we rang the bell of our neighbours. They had invited us for a meal at their home.
And we had such a pleasant afternoon together.
Lots of subjects to talk about. Lots of jokes and funny stories too.
We got a message from Mischa that she had safely arrived in Paris.
