It continues to be unspeakably grey, damp and dismal. These were the goings on in our stream.
The highlight of the day - Irish lesson followed by pumpkin and coconut soup in Organico. Here's a very useful phrase we learned:
Nil aon toin tinn mar do thaoin tinfein (apologies Irish speakers if I've written it down wrongly)
And it means - there's no sore arse like your own!
Quite what context you'd use it in I'm not sure so best to keep one's mouth shut! It's very difficult to say anyway.
Here's an interesting segue - the Pogues were to originally to be called Pogue Mahone which is the anglicisation of Póg mo Thóin - kiss my arse! And did you know Shane McGowan has just got married and he seems to have new teeth for the occasion. The thing you learn on Blip, eh.
