Not healthy at all
They say you should walk as far as 10000 steps a day..
Well I have not been very healthy..
Today I dropped out of bed, fell into my bathroom, emptied the fridge and went back to bed again!
One might ask if Im feeling sick or something like that..
No, Im just getting old, a bit grumpy and weird.
It was 22 steps today which equals 0.02 kilometres...
Oh this pedometer is a cruel little thing..Nearly as bads as the scales!
