View From A Bridge

I've blipped this view before but Pooley Bridge was as far as I could get this morning after checking on the installation of a new storage heater at our holiday lodge.

We were devastated to find it not working yesterday knowing we had folk booking in very early today but we had a good man we could phone and he got the job sorted: found the fault, sourced a new one, removed the old one, installed the new one and was there again this morning checking that it had come on during the night on Economy 7. Most of the work done outside normal working hours! Thanks G!

The day continued well, The Mate with The Dog gave me some help in the shop with some very good sales and The Man had a lovely meal ready for us when we got home, even The Mother had contributed by making a desert!

All that was then needed was for me to pour a few whiskies while we watched Men In Black 3.
