Heavy frost this morning made beautiful patterns on my windscreen.

I went to yoga again this morning - the second time in two weeks :)
Afterwards I called in to see M, and we spoke about the film we saw on Friday.

Started back on CPD in the afternoon...it seems to go on forever, but that is another hour done & written up. Ten more to do before the end of the month: if I can do an hour or two per day over the next week I'll finish ahead of time.
