Time

I bought this watch on ebay about a year ago now. I know a photo of the face would be more use, but I have never been able to wear it due to it’s inability to keep time.
 
It is a fully mechanical Russian watch from the 90s. The hour hand only does one sweep of the face a day and looks quite nice.
 
Well I finally decided to see if there is anything I can do, and it appears that adjusting is actually quite simple. Not sure if my eyes are good enough for the task, but I should be able to improve it greatly by moving a small lever that adjusts the length of a coil spring. Currently it runs around four minutes an hour fast, which makes it useless.
