Superfood Intake

Looked up the meaning of a recurrent nightmare I have been having about trying to phone for help and keeping hitting the wrong number. Always startling to discover how many people have the exact same dreams as me.
Assigned meaning is apparently that my subconscious self is shouting to my conscious self for help and feels it’s being ignored....I took this as a wake up call to notice all the run down symptoms my body has been exhibiting lately and attempt to look after it better.
