Summer food

It’s not a very exciting blip tonight but I suddenly realised that I’m eating food of the type I eat at summer, the big difference being the ‘oriental leaves’ which are thicker and more peppery than summer leaves. I made a salad dressing with pomegranate molasses, whole grain mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar- it was moreish . My last home grown beef tomato was picked at the weekend. I’m going to have to eat it this week!
