Berries and rain

Its been rather a miserable day with lots of rain this morning.  The landscape gardeners were out this morning planting up a lot of shrubs in an area opposite our house.  It has taken a lot of effort from some of the local residents to get the developers to finally agree to replant with shrubs that will survive in this area.  Hopefully it will begin to look less like a carpark planting area soon.  The rain was however good news for the shrubs.

This shrub with its red berries and raindrops was taken on a visit to a friends house this afternoon.  Its film club then camera club tonight so a busy evening.
