Kitchen Shadows

I was rather enjoying the strong shadows cast in the kitchen this morning. Works much better in black and white than colour. Then I was off to Waddesdon Manor for the annual Christmas meal for all the Volunteers - good food and company as always.

Now I've just returned from Camera Club where we had a really interesting speaker, Mark Page, talking about a project he had done capturing faces around his home town of High Wycombe. He worked entirely in black and white using only one flash so a very portable studio set up! The project was not for making as such but any he did accrue was donated to a charity for the homeless people in Wycombe. The idea has potential for any town.
