Maddi has a Word with Santa.....

Today we got up early had breakfast and headed off for Kidderminster for my favorite Preserved Railway, The Seven Vally Railway. They are starting the Santa Specials today and we intended to be on the first day with Maddison. We had a cuppa and Mince Pies in the Cafe on the station while we waited for our turn on the Steam train, Maddi made some friends in the Cafe.
We boarded the train and it was lovely and cosey we shared a compartment with a nice couple and their two year old son, who didn't like trains, we found out he didn't like Planes cars or boats and he cried for 20 minutes almost until we were into Arley Station.
Once there we strolled to the Grotto and into a queue which moved quite quickly and we entered into Santa's Grotto for real, the "Elves" told us to move to the end of the Grotto where we would find Santa.
Once in Maddi went very silent and Santa asked her if she had been good all year, she said she had, he then asked her what she wanted for Christmas, A Barbie doll and a Cinderella Doll she replied, unfortunately he hadn't got any of those but she did get a Wonderful Teddy, whom she named Crystal right away.
Once outside, Maddi turned to us and said, I have just seen the Real Santa haven't I", "Yes" we said and walked on smiling to our selves.
We had a look around and then headed home,
