UPDATE 21:20: It was one of those days. With Mr B to GP to get a referral to specialist. Buy Turkish ‘focaccia’ style bread in nearby Charminster. Walk to pal living by Meyrick Park. Walked from her’s, through the park into town. Bus to Westbourne, Boots, for a prescription GP was sending electronically (not there). Bus home. Feet aching. Friends message to meet up at 5:30 in new locale. Bus down. Get there, closed on Tuesdays, so walk down and meet them in NEO instead. Then walk back home and late dinner. Message on Apple Tracker, I’ve beaten my ‘all time’ Calories Burned. Final totals 13722 steps, 9.94km. Can’t keep eyes open
