In these days of central heating, it still nice to have a real fire, even if it is powered by gas! Add a glowing candle, brass toasting forks and a copper warmer and the cold weather outside can easily be forgotten. All one needs is a furry, purring cat to keep you company - but he is curled up in a ball on a cushion on the other side of the room!
