Springtime buds

It has been our “St Andrew’s Day” off. We have taken today rather than last Friday to coincide with the reporters and the courts being closed.

Instead of a lie in I had my bloods tested, got my flu jab, did a shop, helped support our church’s collection for children at Christmas, got stamps, sorted out my aunt’s Christmas card mailing list, had a financial discussion, read papers for tomorriw and helped sort out our son’s phone replacement.

In between tried to get on top of personal paperwork - but generally ran out of time.

Still, feel I accomplished a good deal. But still not written a Christmas card of my own!!

The blip is of the azalea at the front door, already forming the flower buds for next Spring.
