Cheeky, not many workers turn up looking like this

Went to the physio this morning to see if they could identify the cause of a persistent dull ache in the top my neck. Turns out it is muscular rather than anything more serious. Most likely owing to looking down too much thus putting the back of the neck under pressure. I have a series of exercises designed to lessen that tension.

After a walk we took Doreen to Dobbies so as she could do her Christmas shopping. Successfully achieved. As was today’s blip. Seen in Dobbies and my contribution to today’s MonoMonday theme of Deuce set by JohnEdward.
