Cucina economica

We saw Arclight and AT dwon at the local San Domenica cafe. Very nice to catch up. Then off to the Casentino. The house was pretty chilly but we fired up the woodstove and the cucina economica - a wood-fired range-of-sorts. Amazing how much wood is needed but we made baked potatoes and later cooked squash with anchovies and capers which reduced to wonderfully salty concoction.
