Xmas biscotti

On the 1st Sunday in December, my friend Sandy and I bake biscuits for Xmas. Normally I make this German biscuit called Kipferl, but this year I made biscotti. I had not made them before, but they’re pretty easy to do. These have orange zest, dark chocolate chips, and toasted hazelnuts, but you can use whatever fruit, nut or flavoring you like.
