Glühwein and Shades.....

.... bitterly cold and gloriously sunny - so Glühwein was definitely needed to warm up and shades a must if you wanted to see where you were going.

I love the Manchester Christmas Market! By the time we got to st Anne's square, the sun had gone down, a brass band was playing (not just any, but the oldest in the UK) and that was it for me! Goosebumps and eyes welling up told me Christmas has arrived!

Off to the pub with friends.... good food and drink by the open fire... the Christmas theme continues :-)
