Blue Orchid

Not a good night's sleep.  Urges to go to the toilet robbed me of sleep so it was a pretty quiet day after getting up in the early hours.  It's something I was warned about but still frustrating.

This lovely flower was given to me by our best friends; I always thought it might come in useful as an E.B.  I simply put it in front of the TV screen next to a large picture window to provide illumination.
