Crackled pipe

I headed out for a 10k plod first this morning as I was feeling rather tired and if I’d left it until later I am not sure I would have made it out the door.

It had the added benefit of meaning I stayed dried, as it seems to have rained for most of the rest of the day.

And what a treat this year that Leo is too old for his Elf on the Shelf. That thing used to have me run ragged throughout December. It is great to look back in its adventures but I am definitely enjoying the lack of elf pressure this year.
