Scratch extension for Watney

I’ve been in touch with the creator of the Watney rover, the webcam on wheels we’re making with the school children. He very kindly answered my questions and with his answers I was able to create a first version of a Scratch extension for Watney. This will allow the kids to create computer programs to drive Watney and manipulate its camera. It’s not complete yet, but the basic communication between my extension and the rover is in place and working as hoped. A promising start!

Before all this, we celebrated Sinterklaas at my in-laws. Everyone got some great presents and everyone was happy. Afterwards, we had pizza. A great day!
