Low water

Recently I have been of the opinion that my tap water doesn't taste the same as usual. Nothing specific. It is clear and has no odour or anything, it just tastes a bit different. 

Today we went for a walk in the Pentlands, caught the number 10 out to Bonaly and walked up the hill. There was a blanket of cloud over Edinburgh with the top of Arthur's Seat just peeking out in the middle. 

When we got up to the reservoir I began to wonder if the funny taste to the tap water has anything to do with the dramatically low water levels. 

Or perhaps it is just my imagination.
