Scraping the Barrel.....

.... as regards subject matter -  I'm really going to have to stop being a wimp and brave the wet and windy weather.  I have been out of course but I really only went from the house to the car to the restaurant and then back again.  

Despite the awful weather we've had a lovely weekend and it's been good to catch up with my brother and SIL.  My brother retired last September and the good news is that he's enjoying it and like many retired people he's wondering how he ever found the time to work.  

Fingers crossed for better weather tomorrow, the rain can't go on much longer can it ?
