Last Minute

I heard an interview last Sunday on R2 and they were talking about ( and eating) this loaf. There was also a discussion as to whether or not you liked to eat this with cheese. Yes! So it’s taken me a week but I’m just starting....just had to have a sip of the brandy to check it’s ok to soak the fruit in. It is :) Not my tipple of choice however so the rest is for the cake..
