Random Deer appeared

Where did this Random Deer appear from?
How peculiar!
I know it's nearly Christmas, but this is strange.
Nearly as strange as when I was expecting Honeybee & I found a Pink Bootee with a plastic Stork in my Pocket. How did they get there?
