New colour for the garden

S' mother asked that some new flowering plants be got for her garden. Although she is not able to spend as much time in her garden as she once did, and as she would like, she still gets out reasonably often when there is someone to be with her her, just in case. 

I went to the big hardware and garden centre in Warkworth, received good help from one of the staff members, who made sure that I got plants in full bloom, and with more flowers to come. I suspect that the azalea (at the back of my photo) won't be in flower again until next July/August. 

They made a good display in the recess in the porch, before being taken over to their new home.
