Waiting for the birds

Does Smudge really think the birds will come to the feeders if she sits there watching?

Another very wet, rainy day. The chicken field is very muddy and slippery, and the only one who is not bothered is the one Aylesbury duck that likes to sit in the muddy puddle that gets deeper by the day..

I was undecided which picture to submit for the Silly Saturday Challenge - the other was of Buddy, my son's dog . I have added him as the extra.

After watching a Sing along DVD of Mama Mia 2 that my granddaughter had as a birthday gift, and joining in with the singing of course, we are now back home watching an earlier recording of Strictly.
